Team Management
Invite Team Members
- Click Team in left sidebar or Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter email address
- Select role: Admin, Member, or Viewer
- Add personal message (optional)
- Click Send Invite
Bulk Invites: Enter multiple emails separated by commas

Add Comment:
- Select text in document
- Click comment icon or press
Cmd/Ctrl + Alt + C - Type your comment
- Tag team members with
@username - Click Post
Reply to Comments:
- Click on any comment
- Type your reply
- Click Reply
Resolve Comments:
- Click Resolve when addressed
- View resolved comments in sidebar
Workspace Sharing
Share Workspace
- Open workspace settings
- Click Share
- Choose sharing level:
- Private (team only)
- Link-based (anyone with link)
- Public (search engines)
- Copy share link
- Set permissions (view/edit)
Guest Access
Invite external collaborators without full team access:
- Click Invite Guest
- Enter email
- Select specific documents/folders
- Set expiration (optional)
- Send invite
