Invite Team Members

  1. Click Team in left sidebar or SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email address
  4. Select role: Admin, Member, or Viewer
  5. Add personal message (optional)
  6. Click Send Invite

Bulk Invites: Enter multiple emails separated by commas

Comments & Feedback

Add Comment:

  1. Select text in document
  2. Click comment icon or press Cmd/Ctrl + Alt + C
  3. Type your comment
  4. Tag team members with @username
  5. Click Post

Reply to Comments:

  • Click on any comment
  • Type your reply
  • Click Reply

Resolve Comments:

  • Click Resolve when addressed
  • View resolved comments in sidebar


Workspace Sharing

Share Workspace

  1. Open workspace settings
  2. Click Share
  3. Choose sharing level:
  • Private (team only)
  • Link-based (anyone with link)
  • Public (search engines)
  1. Copy share link
  2. Set permissions (view/edit)

Guest Access

Invite external collaborators without full team access:

  1. Click Invite Guest
  2. Enter email
  3. Select specific documents/folders
  4. Set expiration (optional)
  5. Send invite

  • Type @ followed by name
